I care more about how you work than what you use. Stack and frameworks are secondary, team dynamics, engineering culture, and long-term stability are what I evaluate first.

What I’m not looking for

• Freelance missions or short-term contracts
• Being added to a talent pool without a specific role
• Environments where speed always wins over quality, or where on-call is a constant
