Using GARDEN-NET and ChAseR to explore human haematopoietic 3D chromatin interaction networks
Published in Nucleic Acids Research, 2020
This paper presents GARDEN-NET and ChAseR, tools for visualizing and analyzing epigenomic data on 3D chromatin interaction networks. We demonstrate their utility by exploring chromatin assortativity in human haematopoietic cells, identifying epigenomic features strongly associated with 3D genome architecture.
