Low replicative stress triggers cell-type specific inheritable advanced replication timing

Published in International Journal of Molecular Sciences, 2021

This research investigates the effects of low replicative stress on DNA replication timing. We found that stress can induce inheritable advances in replication timing at specific chromosomal domains, potentially impacting cellular identity and gene expression in daughter cells.
